Refreshing, aromatic and clear – that's our mint. We encountered it during our childhood in the gardens or homesteads of our grandparents, who knew its significance and power very well. It clears our mind and body and connects us with nature.
Mint is the most famous and popular medicinal herb next to chamomile. It is effective for respiratory problems, cramps and digestive problems, stomach problems in general, insomnia and headaches.
Our mint is hand-picked and of high quality, and we recommend one teaspoon per cup.
You will determine the best measure for you after several servings and enjoying the color, smell and taste.
Packed in a paper tube = 35g of mint leaves
Keep in hot water for about 3 minutes.
